Are there refunds?

Of course! If there is any damage to your canvas print or if you receive your print and it is not as described. Otherwise, because the nature of this product is so custom. It would be incredibly difficult for us to allow returns and refunds.

What happens if my painting arrives damaged?

Notify us immediately and we'll have it replaced as soon as possible.

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing. Otherwise, you will be charged a 20% fee.

We offer refunds up to a certain point but not after the painting is delivered. During the end of the painting process, we send an update with an image of your nearly finished painting for approval. We do this to ensure satisfaction and transparency so you know exactly what youre getting and prevent an unsatisfied refund.
